A “targeted individual” is someone who is being gang-stalked, being bullied by a group, or someone targeted with frequencies. The harassers could be anyone from a local gang, an online dark-web group, a secret society group, a hired private investigator group, to a government organization using the victim for experimental purposes or to silence them.
Simply identifying a sociopath when he reveals himself to you is enough to put you on their list.
I suspect this gang-stalking behavior will increase with the implementation of a social credit system which will target those who do not have a hive-mind.
It has come to my attention that in recent years, there has been a video campaign going on to make targeted individuals look paranoid or crazy (example: a “targeted” person sitting in their vehicle thinks the person innocently walking through the crosswalk in front of them is harassing them, etc). However, electronic harassment, neural targeting, and organized gang-stalking is happening to perfectly sane people, it comes in different forms, and it does exist.
Sociopathic members of gangs, secret societies, crooked organizations, occult groups and families target those who they view as their enemy. Those who cannot be blackmailed (usually Christians), who unintentionally witnessed a crime or deviant act(s) by a member of their group are the usual targets. These members employ people who work in groups with each group working their assigned area, and they spend their day harassing many individuals. The larger, more organized groups in the U.S. are more commonly found in counties where secret society membership is high, although monitoring of your online and smartphone activity can be done by anyone in any location in the world.
This type of harassment looks like stalking with and without the use of technological equipment and resources — examples: remote hacking into your electronic devices and home wi-fi, placing a tracker on your vehicle, bugging your home, obviously filming you constantly in public, standing within 3 feet of you in an uncrowded area, sitting right next to you in an uncrowded waiting room, parking in front of your home or pulling into your driveway and hard-staring or photographing you while you are outside, contacting your employer/co-workers/classmates/professors/pastor/fellow church members/etc and sometimes befriending them, contacting individuals you have a scheduled meeting with before you get to meet them, using the same doctors/lawyers/hairdresser/service people as you do and dropping your name into the conversation, just simply imposing themselves on you to negatively affect every aspect of your life. Their impositions are made very obvious to you but usually not to others.
An August 30, 2022 WebMD article explains that “The most widespread form of bullying isn’t physical acts like pushing or kicking, nor is it verbal threats or derogatory remarks. Far and away, bullies’ top tactic is social exclusion. Also known as “relational aggression,” this involves shutting out peers from group activities and spreading false rumors about them.” Replace the word “bully” with “stalker” and you’ll see their pattern. Those who stalk are cowards and their methods are indirect — they attempt to get those they are brainwashing to lash out directly against their target.
Continual Monitoring is recognized by the FBI as a type of harassment used by cults to result in a “snapped person.” The harassment typically does not end until the targeted individual is broken by the psychological manipulation, and key persons in their life have distanced themselves from them.
This abuse continues because people believe rumors they hear — it’s easier to fool a person than to convince him that he has been fooled.

Where is this coming from
This is coming from those who intend to rule the world by the dictates of Satan himself. This is a form of satanic ritual abuse. It is psychological warfare and experimentation in techniques to break the human will and psyche. The idea is to change the mind so as to modify the behavior. It all comes from the same root of the OCCULT.
THEIR MISSION: Turn a peaceful person into a psychotic wreck…. get a Faith-filled person into a constant state of agitation and fear. Turn a loving person into a bitter, hateful, vengeful soul… unable to control their temper. Cause a secure and confident person to totally unravel, so as to feel “if God loved them, why would he allow this… why doesn’t He rescue them?” Ultimately, their purpose is to cause them to abandon their faith in God.
Some say it is for the purpose of harvesting negative energy such as fear and hopelessness at the demand of high demonic powers/principalities from innocent individuals to gain power for satanists in the spiritual realm… much like children being driven to extreme levels of fear before they are murdered/sacrificed.
Frustrate Your Enemy
The best way to frustrate the powers of darkness though is to glorify God in the midst of suffering… Tell Him He is worth it ALL…That you love Him anyway, no matter what. That you count it a privilege and honor to suffer for His sake. When that energy is directed to God in praise, it confounds demonic spirits. We must be “smarter than what we’re working with.” Wise as the serpent. Declare your faith in God. When we are willing to “know Him in the fellowship of His sufferings, then we experience the power of His resurrection life!” If they hated Him, they will hate us… take it as a compliment.
Learn to see yourself as an immovable, indefatigable, eternally loyal soldier for your KING! There are no babies in the Army of God. We will either RISE UP or be SWALLOWED UP. This is not an obligation but an HONOR. This is the highest level of warfare a man can experience because you don’t have earthly weapons to depend upon. We don’t even fight against humans. But against forces much much more powerful than humans. The ONLY hope of overcoming such power is with the AUTHORITY AND FORMIDABLE POWER OF THE MOST HIGH GOD who not only sends His Host to fight for us, but His Spirit fights THROUGH us as we use HIS weapons.
When it seems He is expecting too much of us, that He has abandoned and doesn’t care about us, it’s just the opposite. It’s because He sees what we will become… because He believes in us, He does not swoop down and rescue us.
God has a glorious and mighty work to do on the earth. He is not going to do it by himself but through a determined people who are ROCK HARD against the enemy. We will never be prepared to rule and reign with Him in this spiritual Kingdom of God until we have learned to overcome.
As soldiers, we are loyal to our commanding officer and to one another. Draw upon fellow soldiers for support, to give aid in crisis moments. But we cannot depend on others alone. Prayer, prophetic words and encouragement found in His Word give us a leg up until we can stand and face the battle again armed with a higher revelation of who we are and who HE is in us.
Forgive those who are causing the suffering. To a degree, they are victims themselves. Realize we don’t see the whole picture. Many of them are threatened with fear. If they understood what they were doing, the curses it brings upon them, they would never do it. Pray for their freedom from satanic control. However, realize if it is still unrelenting and you continue faithful, God will step in and do what needs to be done. Even witches know there is potential danger when casting spells and curses upon certain people. They know it can come back on them 3 times worse.
Worshiping God is one of the most powerful things we can do. When you are flooded with the light of God’s presence, demons flee. Praying in the Spirit is the perfect prayer and builds our inner spirit man. Live by the spirit man, not by the flesh. Do not fear tribulation but surrender to God in the midst of it. Do not cower to demonic forces but ask God to send His ministering flames of fire to fight on your behalf. They hearken to the voice of His commands. Refuse to let emotions control you. A prisoner of war will cave unless he remembers what he was taught and what he KNOWS to be the truth regardless of his circumstances.
It is no longer I who live but Christ living in me. The life I now live, I live by the faith OF the Son of God. We must develop the same kind of faith Jesus had when he walked the earth. How many times before He died on the Cross was Jesus’ life threatened? He “passed through the midst of them.”
Face fear HEAD ON… especially fear of death… no matter how you feel. Feelings mean nothing when the battle is on. In fact, you aren’t walking in real faith when you “feel” strong. This takes tenacity and a complete unwillingness to yield to satanic threats. We must come into a place where we CANNOT be made to fear. Learn to laugh at satan’s threats like God does – see Psalms chapter 2.
Imagine, Satan and his followers think they’re going to whack God and shoot their warheads at the MOST HIGH… knock Him off His throne! Maybe try to mind-control Him and modify His behavior. Turn up 36 HAARP transformers full blast to skew the magnetic fields and confuse God… surely disorient Him! Sort of like Hitler declaring to his hypnotized followers he was winning in the face of obvious defeat. Our Savior, the Son of the Most High God, has already defeated Satan at the cross… the evil one knows this and plans to take as many souls down with him as he can.
Study and wear the full Armor — most of it is for defense to protect ourselves, but the WORD is our offensive weapon. Complete the armor by praying for our brothers in the conflict. This is what deals devastating blows to the legions of death, destruction, captivity.
He has exalted even above His own name, HIS WORD. WE MUST USE THIS WEAPON. In the ultimate battle on earth against the reign of antichrist, Jesus the Living Word will be what defeats the armies of the earth. That’s why they will cry like babies at His appearing because there will be no possible way to overtake Him.
Right now, the power of the Living Word operates through us. The world is preparing their Super Soldiers. God is preparing His SUPERNATURAL SOLDIERS. What courage God supplies to the soldier who doesn’t have technology, directed energy, microwaves, guns and ammo to fight with but DOES have the power that created the universe! Satan has no right to take the life of the soldier obedient to His Commander… until God says. And if we die in the fight, we gain a crown of glory to offer our King… promoted to the ultimate LIFE. There is no way we can lose. Satan can’t provide that for his soldiers. They have put their hope in the destructible weapons of the earth… with eternal destruction to follow.
The Word… Read it… Declare it.
Prayer… especially for others.
Extravagant Worship to God.
Be extremely thankful for anything you can think of, even pain, because you are in God’s Will.
The Army of Angelic Hosts.
Laughter… See things from God’s perspective.
Love and Forgiveness of Enemies… cover in the Blood… pray for deliverance and freedom.
Serve others, show your kindness.
Purify your heart… examine, search… you will come to love REPENTANCE.
Communion.
Die to the fear of Death and all other fears.
Fight the good fight of FAITH… you are destined to win!

CONCERNING REMOTE NEURAL MONITORING AND TARGETING

ARMY OF ANGELIC HOSTS
Your angels hearken to the voice of your commands…Your WORD. ~Psalm 103:20

FIGHT OF FAITH

SUFFERING
The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. ~Romans 8:16-19
You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. ~2 Timothy 2:3-4
That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, that I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. ~Philippians 3:10
SPIRITUAL WARFARE AND VICTORY
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. ~1 Peter 5:8-9
Behold, I give unto you power (authority) to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power (ability) of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. ~Luke 10:19

They defeated Satan by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of their Testimony and they loved not their lives unto the death. ~Revelation 12:11

GOD’S FAITHFULNESS: He answers the prayers of FAITH
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. ~1 John 5:14-15
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. ~James 1:6-8

OUR POSITION OF AUTHORITY
And He has raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. ~Ephesians 2:6

To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. ~Revelation 1:6

MANDATE OF THE CHURCH
And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: to the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, according to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord. ~Ephesians 3:9-11
For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. ~Romans 5:17
Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. WHAT DOES GOD SAY ABOUT OUR ENEMY?
Psalms chapter 2: — 1 Why do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us.” 4 He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. 5 Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure: 6 “Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.” 7 “I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You. 8 Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession. 9 You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel.’” 10 Now therefore, be wise, O kings; Be instructed, you judges of the earth. 11 Serve the Lord with fear, And rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. The wicked plots against the just, And gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord laughs at him, For He sees that his day is coming. The wicked have drawn the sword, And have bent their bow, To cast down the poor and needy, To slay those who are of upright conduct. Their sword shall enter their own heart, And their bows shall be broken. ~Psalms 37:12-15
